Dave Sarkela of DSR built our home last year and we cannot say enough what a wonderful and easy experience it was. From the very first moment we met Dave it felt like he was the right person to build our dream home on Lake Robinson. Dave had some great ideas to incorporate into our plan and was also able to make some changes we had in mind that seemed to be a problem with other builders we had talked to. His design ideas really added to the look of our home. The quality of the materials and workmanship are as good as any you might find.
The entire process went smoothly and everyone at DSR was a pleasure to work with, especially our forman Chad. He was always attentive to our ideas and questions and led us through the building process with the utmost of ease. Even the change that we made as the home went up were never a problem and at the end of the process there wasn’t any discrepancy in what we had agreed upon.
It is now a year later and if some minor problem or question pops up, Dave has been eager to attend to it. We have had friends visit who have commented on what a special job was done by our builder and often when we are outside people driving by will tell us what a lovely home we have and ask, “Who built it for you?” We tell everyone that we do not think they could find a better person or company to build your home other than DSR Builders. We have told Dave that we would be happy to show our home to anyone who would like to see DSR’s workmanship.
